1,Hold the ball to run

Each group includes ten people (5 men and 5 women).The team players stand in both sides of the runway that separated by 30 meters distance. Each team player holds three volleyballs and pass to the next team player.The team spends the least time will win.

2,Rope-skipping

Each group includes ten people.They spend 2 minutes skipping. The team has most skipping will win.

3,Heart to heart(Pass ball by back to back)

Each group is 12 people standing in both sides and separated by 20 meters distance. Each team is divided into three groups, each group includes 2 people.They pass a basketball by back to back.They should walk in the same pace of the relay. The relay must complete in the final line.The team finishes passing the basketball and spends the least time will win.
