Description
A common problem with electric Club Cars today is the MCOR. The new MCOR 4 design is a direct replacement for the MCOR 4. When the MCOR's fail it will result in the cart not being able to maintain a steady speed and it can often have jerky or hesitant operation. This happens because the internal contacts of the MCOR get corroded and and no longer provide a clean signal to the controller. Another issue can cause the cart to not function at all due to internal micro switches failing. The MCOR 4 is the newest version of the MCOR and can be adapted to fit any Club Car with the correct conversion kit. This listing is for only the MCOR 4, without any conversion brackets. We do sell the complete conversion kit if needed. Newer carts with MCOR 3 or MCOR 4 do not need a conversion kit to fit, they are a direct plug and play. MCOR 3s began production in 2012 with the Precedent models. Any cart older than a 2012 will need a conversion kit for this to work.
