Maybe a battery problem or a controller problem but that's my guess.

If it were a controller problem, what is considered expensive? This is truly a weird problem, the repair shop told me they had the exact same problem a few weeks ago and changed a bunch of things and the problem was still there after all their troubleshooting. Not sure what is going to come of this, but not looking forward to the bill. Would like to be able to order the right part and replace it myself.

Dealer did not seem to confident he could even fix it based on the conversation I had with him this morning. He even mentioned that he really did not want to go through the process again since he did not fix the last one. He then told me he contacted the ezgo tech support and they still did not fix the other guys cart.

Is this a PDS or Series cart?

I believe it is a PSD. Talk to a guy at ball field tonight and he said he had same problem and it was the speed selector on top of the motor? I am not sure.

According to shop they replaced ITS switch, f/r switch accel microswitch and key switch. None of this has fixed the problem. Any other ideas? He did not charge me for these parts and put my old ones back on.

About the only things left is the speed sensor (PDS) only or the controller.

Did they say why they didn't try replacing checking those?
