What is the easiest way to access the upper end of the rear shock? Is the rear inner fender removable and is that the correct way to access the top of rear shock. Previous owner sprayed some kind of under coating or thick paint so not sure how that fender would come off. Any and all input would be appreciated. By the way There is all kind of info on the net about the front but very little on the rear.
