I have a 99 gas club car I am having trouble starting. when we bought cart it came with 2 additional parts carts [1996 & 1994] the 99 had no starter on it so we put one from the 96 on. The motor turns but the fuel is not pumping out of the tank. not sure if the starter is right or if it should be reversed any help would be appreciated.
