My 1999 electric TXT jumps forward with a jerk, like it gonna do a wheelie, when I lightly touch the accelerator pedal. is there a way to adjust this action for a smooth start. or tests that can indicate the cause of the problem?

It sounds like you have a bad ITS.

Did it just start doing this? Did the cart get wet just before this started?
