I am working on 2000 regen, new batts, new cables pack is charged. Cart will not run unless sol. is jumped. I have tried 3 new ones, Can't be the problem have worked on quite a few carts but never seen this before. 50 volts on small post, Wiper switch tab broke so microswitch is engaged all the time will fix afterwards but don't think that it would cause this to happen? When sol. is jumped cart works on demand fwd and rev.
