Have a 2002 48 volt Club Car, and small parking brake pedal in upper left corner of brake pedal will not engage, no matter how hard I push down. Can it be adjusted, and how? Is this connected to an overall brake adjustment or can it be addressed individually? Any guidance appreciated.
