I had an initial problem where the link fuse assembly failed. I replaced the link fuse, charging connector and the associated wiring. I also rerouted some other wiring and now my cart wiring corresponds to the correct wiring shown in the operations / maintenance manual. I have a problem where the microswitch in the V Glide repeatedly fails. I have replaced the V Glide microswitch three times and and when I open the microswitch, the contacts are fused. I have double checked the wiring and I believe I have everything wired correctly and I even did a continuity check and everything rings out ok. I am looking for any advise.
